Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, please review the following policy:
3-Hour Notice Required
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 3 hours of your session will be charged in full.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session will be deducted from your package.
Emergencies
Unexpected situations happen. Genuine emergencies will be handled with understanding and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Payment Policy
Monthly Memberships
Monthly coaching packages are billed on a recurring basis and are paid in advance.
Billing occurs on a fixed monthly date agreed upon at sign-up
Payment secures your reserved weekly training slots
Sessions must be used within the billing period
Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed in advance
Missed or rescheduled sessions do not delay or change the billing date.
Session Packs (4-Pack / 8-Pack)
Session packs are paid in full upfront and provide a set number of sessions.
4-pack = valid for 8 weeks from first session
8-pack = valid for 12 weeks from first session
Sessions must be used within this timeframe
Expired sessions are forfeited
Session packs do not reserve permanent weekly time slots and are subject to availability.
Late Payments
All payments must be made on time to secure future sessions.
Late or missed payments may result in paused or canceled sessions until payment is received
