Everyone who tries BuddhaBuilt for the first time is welcomed to take a free one hour session to get an overall look into how training with me will look like!
This program is designed for individuals who want structure, accountability, and expert guidance — without relying on weekly personal training sessions.
Each month, we meet once in person at my home gym to:
• Review your current progress
• Perform a full InBody assessment
• Refine your goals
• Walk through your complete workout structure for the next 4 weeks
• Dial in technique on every key movement
After our session, you’ll receive a fully programmed monthly training plan delivered through my coaching app, featuring the exact exercises we practiced together.

2 sessions per week: €500 per month
